At the start of a research journey at Ben-Gurion University, focusing on the integration of Agentic AI systems in complex environments, specifically in healthcare. Alongside research, I serve as a lecturer in Applied Artificial Intelligence in academia.

Drawing from a practical background in poultry farm management and agronomy, I developed a series of cloud-based SaaS systems for smart farm management. The shift from traditional intuition-based management to real-time data analytics enabled optimization of growth performance and more precise decision-making.
ShamAI.tech & Cellix
Two systems born from the need to streamline complex bureaucratic and operational processes. ShamAI enables real estate appraisers to optimize valuation processes using smart algorithms within a regulatory environment. Cellix handles adaptive shift scheduling, balancing employee constraints with organizational requirements in real-time.
